While it is impossible for any brand to be sustainable, we are making our best efforts. 

Our clothes are manufactured locally in New York City. Our fabric is created out of 100% recycled ocean waste and regenerated into new fabrics. We recycle previously used materials for our packaging and hand deliver all packages ordered for shipment within New York City. We adhere to ethical working conditions and a hands-on process. 

We want to emphasize the garment life cycle, so if you own a Mae Mae garment for at least a year and find yourself not wearing it or ready to move on from it, we encourage you to send us your product back in exchange for a company discount. We will additionally create a marketplace for these second-hand garments at a discounted rate.

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please email for a rushed order and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Mae Mae is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped.

We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund and within 60 days for an exchange. 

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns about getting your return back to us. We are happy to help!

We want to emphasize the garment life cycle, so if you own a Mae Mae garment for at least a year and find yourself not wearing it or ready to move on from it, we encourage you to send us your product back in exchange for a 50% discount on a future Mae Mae purchase.
